Jet Set Candy is a New York-based jewelry store that sells travel collectible charms. They are taking your regular souvenirs to a new level, allowing you to bring your memories with you in a compact and stylish way.
This was a project where I was able to experience working with an e-commerce site and a development team.
RESEARCH
A meeting with the founder, allowed me to learn more about the business and the project deliverables. The client had a good understanding of what they wanted and was able to give me a quick sketch of a mockup of their idea and websites that have a similar concept for inspiration.

1. What are the user's pain points with the current flow in purchasing a bracelet with charms?
2. How do I implement a mini cart feature that includes, deleting, engraving, and charm details, with keeping in mind the mobile size restriction?
3. What features are needed to be incorporated to create a seamless and easeful bundle experience?
FOCUS AREA
I wrote down the requirements and limitations I had to keep in mind when ideating a solution. This helped me stay on track and to keep in mind the client’s needs.
REQUIREMENTS
MOCKUP ANALYSIS
The client and developer drew up sketches to allow me to get a clear idea of what they are looking for and the limitations from the developer’s end. I analyzed the lo-fi prototypes to acquire the suitable information needed to create refined mockups that aligned with the client’s goals.
IDEATION

After analyzing the mockups and looking at different websites that have similar concepts, I started to draw out different solutions that were a refinement of the original drawing.
Wireframes helped me get a visual idea of how the improved user flow for the bundle cart would look like. I started with doing mobile mockups then made my way to doing desktop
